Triumph Over Tragedy
Each program is hosted at Onsite Workshops, a beautiful, private 250-acre campus outside Nashville, TN. Onsite Workshops has 40 years of experience providing trauma-informed programs.
The program will accommodate 24 survivors who are selected based on admissions criteria. The program is available to all who qualify regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Over 100 years of cumulative experience working with individuals and groups experiencing Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Grief.
Thanks to generous donors, all participants will be provided full scholarships to attend. A $150 non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your spot once clinically approved.
The educational component of the weeklong program curriculum has been created by our partners at Onsite who specialize in developing trauma-based programs in inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, and individual levels of care. Participants will receive daily educational information in order to better understand the impact that overwhelming, life-threatening experiences have on a physical, psychological, emotional, and physiological level. Participants will have a daily opportunity to work in a small, intimate group process with other individuals. The positive impact of having a community of individuals who have experienced a similar loss and/or tragedy is well established.
Triumph Over Tragedy was inspired and funded in part by the Austin Eubanks Memorial Fund to honor the life of Austin Eubanks, who was a survivor of the 1999 Columbine shooting and an advocate for trauma-based programs.
Applications are closed. All 2023 programs are full.
The Onsite Foundation is proud to have created a Survivor Advisory Council, whose members provide input and direction for our programs.
